- We ask for your 10-digit user ID only to ensure that no more than one evaluation per student per course is completed.
- Your identity will be completely removed from the information forwarded to your instructor.
- Moreover, your instructor will not be able to view results or comments until after grades have been submitted.
- All students who are actively enrolled or withdrawn (received a "W") within an online course will be able to complete evaluations.
- Cookies must be enabled on your browser to log in and complete the evaluations.
